On July 1, 2025, the ING Investing program launches – and we at Parqet are proud to be an official partner. The Investing program rewards you for investing with ING Deutschland with additional benefits. When you meet the conditions, you receive free access to Parqet Plus or Parqet Investor - completely without subscription obligation or payment details.

How the ING Investing Program Works

You can find all details about the program on the ING website and in the ING app. Here we give you an initial overview. In the ING app and online banking, you can see your current Investing level (Basic, Silver, Gold or Platinum) when logged in. From the Silver level onwards, you will receive an individual activation code for Parqet access there. The Investing levels and associated premium access to Parqet are tiered as follows:

• Silver: from 6 trades in 3 months → 3 months Parqet Plus
• Gold: from 13 trades in 3 months → 3 months Parqet Plus
• Platinum: from 25 trades in 3 months → 3 months Parqet Investor

If you reach one of these levels again, your free access extends by another three months. You can then enter a new code for extension.

Don't have an ING depot yet to participate in the program?

To benefit from the ING Investing program and the associated benefits in the form of Parqet premium access, you need a securities depot with ING. If you don't have a depot with ING yet, you can open it here. Each purchase or sale of securities with your Direct-Depot then counts towards your Investing level (Basic, Silver, Gold or Platinum).

Redeem Code: How It Works

How to receive your redemption code:

1. In the ING app or online banking: Tap in the depot overview on: "Investing-Programm", "Aktuelles Level".
2. Redirect to Parqet: Click directly on the link to Parqet.
   • If the Parqet app is installed, it opens and your code is automatically transferred.
   • Otherwise you land on our action page /ing, where you can log in or register.
3. Confirm activation: Confirm activation for the Parqet account of your choice. You will then see which account the benefit applies to and can switch if necessary. No payment details are required.

Your code is valid for 3 months (level period). From redemption at Parqet, your free subscription period begins for 3 months. This ends automatically. If you reach one of these levels again and thus receive a new code, you can extend your free subscription period by 3 months with it.

Already a Parqet customer? Your existing subscription remains!

If you are already a subscriber of Parqet Plus or Parqet Investor, the following happens:

• Your existing subscription period is paused from the time of code activation.
• The free period from the Investing program is seamlessly attached to the paused period.
• Your original subscription then simply continues once your ING benefit period has expired.

Exception: Users who subscribed via the iOS app (App Store) must manually pause it. Since these subscriptions are managed directly through Apple, automatic pausing by us is not possible. During the redemption process of your ING code in the Parqet app, you will receive precise instructions on how to manually pause your existing iOS subscription.
