You can now track assets in Parqet that go beyond traditional securities. Whether it's real estate, startup investments, watches, or other tangible assets – everything now has a place in your portfolio.
Until now, Parqet has been your tracker for stocks, ETFs, crypto, and funds. But many of you kept asking: What about my apartment? My angel investment? Starting today, we have an answer.
During the beta, over 100 users tracked real estate worth more than 70 million EUR in Parqet – including rental income, purchase costs, and regular market value updates. Now the feature is available for everyone.
What's new?
You can now create your own assets in your portfolio. Unlike traditional securities whose prices update automatically, you set the value yourself. This works for anything you own that has value:
- Real estate: Apartments, houses, land – step-by-step guide · FAQ
- Startup investments & angel deals: Seed rounds, vesting, capital calls, exits
- Watches: Rolex, Patek Philippe, Omega, and other collectibles – step-by-step guide
- Vehicles: Classic cars, sports cars, motorcycles – step-by-step guide
- Art & collectibles: Paintings, sculptures, antiques
- Cooperative shares and anything else
How it works
1. Create an asset
Create a new asset in your portfolio. Give it a name, add a description, and upload an image. You can upload the image when creating the asset or change it later via the holding management.
2. Add valuations
Enter what your asset was or is currently worth at specific points in time. Parqet automatically calculates the value development. You can update the valuation as often as you like.
3. Record income and expenses
Beyond pure value development, you can also record cash flows:
- Income such as rental income or other earnings
- Expenses such as maintenance costs or renovations
These feed directly into your total return. We've also recently updated the activity form, making it even easier to record income and expenses for your assets.
Also available on mobile
This feature is available not only in the web app, but also in the Parqet mobile app for iOS and Android. You can create assets on the go, update valuations, and upload images directly from your phone.
Everything in one view
What makes this special: Your new assets are fully integrated into your Parqet portfolio. They appear in the total overview, feed into performance calculations, and are included in all analyses. For the first time, you can truly see your entire wealth in one place.

After an extensive beta phase where hundreds of users tested and refined the feature, it's now available for all Parqet users. With Plus or Investor, you can create unlimited custom assets.
